At Cherished Haven, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. Original packaging should be included whenever reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@cherishedhaven.store.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
Non-returnable items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items
- Final-sale or clearance products clearly marked as final sale
Return shipping
Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Do not send products back without first contacting us. The appropriate return address and instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved, please contact us at support@cherishedhaven.store.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has already shipped.
